Wellbeing Wednesdays

Our team is only small and so group sessions are a great way to reach more people. We are going to start running monthly group sessions at The Bridge in Milford on Sea. If these go well we plan to carry out further sessions in various locations in the future. We have a target of reaching 1000 people with group education by April 2025. We have limited space for each session so it is important that everyone planning to attend signs up using a form which you can find linked below.

October 30th 1-2pm

5 Steps to Wellbeing – Diane Briggs (Social Prescriber)


Learn how you can improve your whole wellbeing (physically, mentally and emotionally) through the 5 steps to wellbeing. 

November 27th 1-2pm

Support your child's mental health – Sam Jenkins (Social Prescriber)

Sessions are held monthly at The Bridge in Milford on Sea.

Sessions run from 1-2pm but feel free to arrive slightly early. Refreshments can be bought at the venue.
